Receive and review the lab request and SOPs before conducting the test
Perform test in a proper manner following the laboratory procedures
Ensure the accuracy and precision of analysis results
Prepare the accurate report and pass to section manager for final issuance
Carry out scheduled instrument calibration and maintenance in accordance with the written procedures and troubleshoot malfunctions when needed
Keep Section Supervisor / Lab Manager informed in daily basic
Improve and develop new analytical procedures or methods
Maintain samples and chemicals in good condition to avoid damage of samples
Train new staff on using of Lab equipment, make sure they follow SOP & safety regulations
Be compliant to all SGS QHSE and HR policies and procedures
Perform other duties as directed by the section supervisor/manager
