Lead and execute BMS and SCADA activities across the full project lifecycle, including design review, configuration, installation support, testing, commissioning, integrated systems testing (IST), and final handover.
Review and validate BMS / SCADA architecture, points lists, network topology, control schematics, sequences of operation, and graphics to ensure alignment with project requirements and data center best practices.
Configure, program, test, and troubleshoot BMS and SCADA systems, including controllers, servers, field devices, HMIs, databases, and alarm management systems.
Integrate BMS and SCADA with data center critical systems, including electrical (UPS, generators, switchgear, power meters), mechanical (HVAC, chillers, CRAH/CRAC units), fire alarm systems, BMS subsystems, DCIM, and third‑party systems using standard protocols (BACnet, Modbus, SNMP, OPC).
Support and participate in Integrated Systems Testing (IST) to validate control logic, alarms, interlocks, failover scenarios, redundancy, and operational sequences.
Coordinate closely with commissioning managers, MEP engineers, system vendors, OEMs, IT/network teams, contractors, and client representatives.
Witness and support FAT, SAT, and site testing, ensuring all observations are recorded and resolved.
Develop, review, and maintain BMS / SCADA documentation, including system configuration records, test results, alarm matrices, trend logs, backups, and sign‑off documents.
Ensure BMS and SCADA systems comply with project specifications, international standards, cybersecurity practices (where applicable), and local KSA regulations.
Monitor and enforce HSE requirements during all testing and commissioning activities.
Support preparation of O&M manuals, operator training, system demonstrations, and final handover to facility operations teams.
Assist with post‑handover support, fine‑tuning, and optimization during initial operations if required.
