The Performance Management Training program equips leaders and employees with the knowledge and practical tools required to establish clear expectations, align performance with mission objectives, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Participants learn how to develop measurable goals, provide meaningful feedback, evaluate results, and support employee growth through structured performance management processes. Through coaching, facilitated discussions, practical exercises, and real-world case studies, participants strengthen their ability to drive workforce effectiveness, improve engagement, and achieve organizational outcomes.
