1. Responsible for metallurgical laboratory equipment (SEM, XRD, microscope, GDOES, tensile tester, etc.) and supporting all metallurgical and chemical equipment. Ensure IMT-E control, including calibration, maintenance, stability checks, MSA, troubleshooting, spare parts control
2. Manage metallurgical analysis, including measurement methods and updated work instructions. Be responsible for reviewing analysis methods, testing reports, and results. Develop testing methods for both standard and non-standard requirements
3. Plan and follow up on technician activities to ensure tasks are performed according to work instructions, specifications, testing methods, and IMT-E usage requirements + Train and evaluate new technicians to qualify them for testing method release
4. Release new equipment in the lab (registration, MSA, HSE assessment, work instruction preparation) and support calibration activities
5. Develop as material expert role. Build expertise in laboratory operations and share knowledge with the team. Consult the topics related to metallurgical and material analysis. Support relative department in testing and measuring samples on time with high quality as requirements
6. Contribution to new business, new applications, projects: fulfill measurements/ testing requirements/ develop measurement when required, consultants for metallurgical & materials based on customer requirements
7. Other tasks assigned by manager.
