Speech-Language Pathologist - Chicago - Early Intervention

Join Therapy Care and Launch Your Career with Confidence

Are you a speech-language pathologist (SLP) clinical fellow or an experienced clinician seeking a supportive and collaborative environment where you can grow professionally while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children? Therapy Care invites you to join our team of dedicated professionals committed to helping children achieve their fullest potential.

For more than 34 years, Therapy Care has provided exceptional support, resources, and mentorship to new and experienced clinicians, empowering them to deliver outstanding services to the children and families they serve. Our comprehensive clinical fellowship program is designed to help new graduates build confidence, develop clinical expertise, and transition successfully into independent practice.  Experienced clinicians will be paired with another experienced clinician to collaborate on patient care, counseling families, and evidence-based research.

For new and experienced clinicians, we offer monthly collaborative meetings with other clinicians in your same setting (e.g., school, early intervention), quarterly collaborative and social dinners with Therapy Care clinicians, a very large lending library, in-house continuing education, and access to collaboration with an experienced SLP at any time.

Flexible scheduling, part-time options, and the ability to split time between school and early intervention settings. For experienced clinicians, we offer the opportunity to do disability evaluations under social security.
