Support the design and development of eMotor stator components and assemblies from concept to production.
Create and maintain 3D models and technical drawings using CAD tools.
Work closely with Engineering, PM, Quality, Purchasing, Production and Validation teams to solve technical topics.
Support design reviews, design changes and engineering releases.
Support stator-related topics including winding, hairpin, cooling and manufacturability.
Support component-level cost optimization and target cost achievement.
Support technical communication and coordination with suppliers.
Gradually take ownership of assigned stator components and develop toward a Component SE role.
