To identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
To collaborate with other departments to optimize workflows.
To train and develop production staff to enhance skills and efficiency.
To track and report on production KPIs for continuous improvement.
Job Description
To lead and supervise a team of operators and technician on the production line.
To perform Daily Leadership Routine (DLR) meeting with respective team.
To perform eLPC every first day of shift.
To lead daily handshake meeting with other shift.
To ensure all team members are trained according to work instruction.
To monitor the flow of production to ensure efficiency and productivity.
To communicatie with other department (Logistic, Equipment Engineer, Products Engineer and etc) and coordinate production needs.
Identify area for process improvement to increase productivity.
Trigger technicians/engineers in the event of non-conformities are found.
