• Assistant to MBL

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage MBL’s calendar and activities planning, including travelling arrangement
• Manage daily activities/tasks to ensure on-time deliveries with expected results
• Support MBL on the BoD meetings arrangement of four companies and other strategic meetings
• Support MBL for overall management/coordination internally/externally
• Plan and Control overall MBL budget
• Manage MBL area all administrative related tasks with support of an intern
• Other assigned tasks by MBL
