• Responsible for steering software team in people development, competence build-up, SW project delivery, local and global collaboration for CV EPS and EHPS product
面向商用车纯电助力和电液助力转向产品开发需求，负责转向软件团队人员发展、能力建设、软件项目交付及本地/全球合作
• Focusing on CV electrification & intelligence development and domain fusion to central compute EEA evolution, leading the team to develop steering SW in CV motion domain, such as steering for highly-automated driving, steering-by-wire etc.
聚焦商用车电动化、智能化发展以及域融合到中央计算的电子电气架构演进，带领团队开发适应运动智能域控的转向软件功能，如高阶自动驾驶转向、线控转向等
• Responsible for CN SW development localization covering steering ASW, BSW and ASIL-D HW safety & motor control related SW modules
负责涵盖转向应用层、底层和ASIL-D 硬件安全监控及电机控制的软件模块开发本地化
• Leading the team in risk and priority management and coordinating development resources for safeguarding all EPS/EHPS projects SW delivery on-time, on-quality and on-process
主导风险和项目优先级管控，软件开发资源协调，以保证纯电助力转向及电液助力转向软件项目按期、满足质量和流程要求释放
• Leading the technical review, SW change management and problem-solving
主导软件团队开发审核、软件变更管理和问题解决
• Interface communication with German headquarters global SW development team for providing platform SW development service and joint competence build-up
作为与德国总部全球软件开发团队的接口人，确保平台软件开发服务和联合能力培养
• Responsible for customer communication in SW requirements clarification, leading SW USP features definition, promotion during project acquisition phase and development
负责与客户关于软件需求澄清沟通，主导软件独特卖点功能定义、项目获取阶段功能推广介绍及开发
• Definition of SW team OKR, tracking project status and report. Responsible for SW team development efficiency improvement with data and AI based solutions
定义软件团队目标和实现策略，追踪项目状态及项目汇报。负责基于数据和AI 方案的软件团队开发效率提升方案
