- You take over the technical leadership for the digital design domain in ASIC projects, coordinating specification, development, and integration across all stakeholders and making key technical decisions.
- ATPG activities are planned, managed, and coordinated by you to achieve the defined coverage targets throughout the entire project lifecycle and to establish a robust test strategy in close collaboration with design and test engineering.
- Through detailed analysis of test patterns, silicon data, and defect signatures, you identify root causes and derive corrective actions to improve product quality.
- You are responsible for the ATPG flow, ensuring stable operation, continuous improvement, and the integration of new tools and methodologies.
- By developing and optimizing methodologies and automation solutions (e.g., using Python, Tcl, or shell), you increase efficiency and standardization while coordinating internal teams and external partners to ensure effective technical alignment.
