You are an experienced Cost Estimator / Cost Management Consultant with more than 5 years of experience, looking for the next step in your career, or currently working in a similar role within a comparable environment and motivated to join a growing dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of project cost estimates from the conceptual phase through execution (MEP specialization is an asset).
- Analyze received bids and proposals to ensure clients achieve the best value for money.
- Apply sound negotiation techniques and strategies.
- Participate in value engineering discussions to identify the most effective solutions for clients.
- Provide advice on life-cycle costing and sustainability considerations.
- Conduct benchmarking analyses to validate costs and establish targets for major projects.
- Support project budget monitoring and cost control activities.
- Perform financial analyses and monitor cost variances.
- Prepare, review, and administer tenders, contracts, and purchase orders.
- Assist with the review and processing of contractor and supplier payments.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective cost and schedule management.
- Prepare financial and progress reports for clients and stakeholders.
- Participate in the analysis of financial and contractual risks associated with projects.
- Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of cost management processes, controls, tools, and best practices.
- Play a leading role in client interactions and coordination with other consultants throughout all phases of the project.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure client objectives are effectively managed and achieved.
