Roles and Responsibilities
Establish and improve the warehouse management system: Continuously promote lean improvement, guide employees to learn, fully participate in improvement, and improve team efficiency and quality accordingly.
Warehouse Planning: Design and optimize the warehouse layout, calculate the warehouse demand, optimize space utilization, determine warehouse parameters, and achieve safe, accurate, fast, high-quality, and cost-effective storage logistics.
Delivery and Inventory Management: On time delivery and 100% inventory accuracy
Lead or Coach team for CIP activities: e.g. warehouse process optimization, Shopfloor CIP activities, and so on.
Warehouse site management: Conduct regular LPC to ensure employees follow standard 5S, standard working instruction, 14Q and so on.
Digital & AI Efficiency Empowerment: Introduce digital & AI solutions for team daily work, build standardized use cases to simplify workflows, reduce manual work, and improve team efficiency and output consistency.
