As a section manager for ADAS Parking Systems and Software, you will be responsible for leading the team for software solutions for Japanese OEM customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the team in developing and debugging parking assistance software features (Park pilot, mis-acceleration avoidance system, emergency brake system, automated parking assistance system)
- Participate in technical discussions, internal and with our customers
- Create a vision, mission, and strategy for the team and drive organizational advancements
- Lead the team in the development of new, innovative parking functions for Japan
- Drive further technical innovations and advance quality further
- Develop our talents and lead the competence management for the team
- Take care of budget and resource management together
ADAS駐車支援システムおよびソフトウェアチームのセクションマネージャーとして、日本の顧客向けソフトウェアソリューションのチームを率いる職務となります。職務内容は以下の通りです：
