Japanese-language training (80%)
- Collect learners’ schedules and organize training sessions.
- Manage training documentation, archiving, and effectiveness tracking.
- Lead group Japanese-learning activities (discussions, sharing, presentations, etc.) and monitor participants’ progress.
- Support associates in improving communication and understanding of Japanese materials to collaborate more effectively with Japanese clients.
Administration (20%)
- Handle daily administrative and coordination tasks (document management, data entry, preparation of materials, etc.)
- Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and engagement activities to support departmental operations.
