For our team in Nijmegen, the Netherlands, we are looking for an enthusiastic QC Analyst Group Coordinator to lead a new team, but who is also operationally involved in the lab themselves. In this position, you will be performing chemical tests and ensure the quality of the overall materials and product according to GxP guidelines. Your activities will include:
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Liaising with stakeholders to ensure everyone is aligned.
- Conducting review meetings with team members.
- Keeping track of KPIs and other metrics to ensure the team is running smoothly
- Perform maintenance and calibration of HPLC equipment and general laboratory instruments.
- Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of the laboratory.
- Conduct analytical tests, for example: HPLC, pH measurements, Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC), Bio Burden tests, and Particle Distribution Analysis (PDA).
- Responsible for conducting and interpreting NMR analyses.
- Inspect and verify labels and incoming goods to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Document and report results according to standardized protocols and guidelines.
