- Proactively identify improvement opportunities in existing HVAC design processes and advocate for their implementation.
- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation throughout the design lifecycle.
- Coordinate with structural, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection disciplines to ensure integrated and conflict-free HVAC designs.
- Begin to interact directly with clients to gather project information, clarify scope requirements, and present draft deliverables.
- Exchange technical information on sensitive matters with internal and external stakeholders, working to build consensus across teams.
- Assist with the preparation of technical proposals and contribute to project pursuit activities.
- Provide day-to-day guidance and technical training to entry-level and junior engineers, supporting their professional development.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing through participation in team reviews, technical discussions, and lessons-learned sessions.
- Actively participate in professional or industry organizations (e.g., ASHRAE local chapters) as a committee member.
- Pursue continuing education, relevant technical certifications, and professional licensure to maintain and expand expertise.
