Responsible for LSP and GS management, monitor and evaluate service provider performance against established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Roles and Responsibilities
GS/LSP performance management for transportation and warehouses:
Quality: Monitor daily GS/LSP quality, e.g., transportation damage, warehouse operation quality, and ensure all measures are managed with close loop.
Cost；Transportation & Warehouse cost regular tracking, PO management, forecast planning, measures definition to meet TLC target
Delivery: ensure Transportation and warehouse delivery OTD
Process optimization: Support for LSP process optimization to meet business target
Ramp down & ramp up management during supplier changeover period:
Digital & AI Efficiency Empowerment: Introduce digital & AI solutions for daily work, build standardized use cases to simplify workflows, reduce manual work, and improve efficiency and output consistency.
Others: other tasks assigned by superiors.
