Assists with the deployment of new laptops and desktop as well as device upgrades.
Provide technical support to end-users via ticket system, email, phone, or in-person.
Maintains customer service by providing first-level hardware and software support as instructed by associate members
Provide technical support to users including network connectivity, VPN and remote desktop.
Coordinate the planning, implementation, and support for IT blueprints in M365/Office365 workloads and applications.
Facilitate infrastructure lifecycle to ensure business continuity and reduced risk to operations.
Track and monitor all support cases to ensure timely resolution and follow-up
Document IT procedures and create user guides.
Work collaboratively within the Central Infrastructure network teams to ensure standards and processes are followed.
Perform setup and maintenance of IT Infrastructure with guidance from senior team members.
Contributes to project work assigned to the infrastructure team by completing a variety of assigned project tasks and duties with accuracy and timeliness
