Drive revenue through strong product knowledge, suggestive selling and awareness of promotions.
Supervise, coach and support the F&B team to deliver service excellence, ensuring proper onboarding, ongoing training and consistent presentation.
Assist with roster planning to maintain cost-effective staffing levels and oversee F&B setups including conference & function requirements.
Communicate effectively in daily briefings and ensure team compliance with Accor policies, brand standards and mandatory training.
