Value Stream Planner

Focus: Product Planning

• General project management for existing products and new product launches;
• Participation in and support of cross-functional Project Teams;
• Act as Project Lead for new product launches based on new or already industrialized platforms;
• Support the Project Lead in the introduction of new product families;
• Manage Engineering Change Requests (ECR) and coordinate the introduction of new SW/HW variants, including setup control management;
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including Control Plan, FMEA, and HLA;
• Monitor and report department KPIs and coordinate corrective actions for continuous improvement;
• Initiate and coordinate the product and process release process, including sampling and trial production (LRPR / R@R);
• Prepare and execute release audits together with the Quality team and OEM customers;
• Support Business Plan preparation by coordinating and executing data collection, including Bill of Material, routing parameters, lead type definition, and cost center information;
• Provide and coordinate System CIP projects focused on Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD), including RPP responsibility for activities aimed at reducing product costs;
• Consolidate and report RPP activities and their status to Management and the Lead Plant;
• Support 5S and BPS activities;
• Initiate and coordinate cross-functional process and KPI improvement activities within the organization.
