You are E2E responsible for sample management, incl. procurement, real-time tracking, inventory control, and cost-related topic for SiC-based products in China.
You drive onsite maintenance, continuous improvement initiatives, and audit preparation to ensure absolute compliance with corporate and safety standards.
You coordinate sample orders based on demand from internal R&D, marketing and customer teams in China.
You consolidate all sample-related costs including international freight, customs charges and logistics fees. Collaborate with CTG to complete expense. Compile monthly reports on sample consumption cost and inventory loss statistics.
You perform regular physical inventory counts, identify & reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and records.
You prepare regular reports covering inventory overview, inbound shipment progress and sample consumption for local management and German headquarters.
You define and optimize the sample preparation and distribution workflows, transforming complex demands into an agile, highly efficient, and time-saving operational flow.
