Assist with driveway management and ensure smooth vehicle flow.
Help arriving and departing guests by opening and closing car/taxi doors.
Maintain a clean and organized entrance area and baggage room.
Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of guest baggage.
Provide accurate information and assistance to guests as needed.
Remember guest names, especially repeat and long-staying guests, and offer a personalized greeting.
Use the Duty Log to record important matters and ensure all job tasks are logged appropriately.
Prepare and deliver newspapers to guest rooms as assigned.
Stay alert and report any suspicious individuals or items to Security or the Duty Manager.
Must be able to drive a shuttle bus with manual transmission.
