AECOM is seeking a versatile BIM Specialist IV to join our innovative Advisory business line. Based in NYC, you will blend hands-on technical execution with strategic advisory leadership, leading and/ or supporting digital aspects of project delivery on large-scale, complex projects. You will partner with teams and clients to shape BIM/ VDC strategies, workflows, and digital transformation initiatives. You are equally comfortable with model building and workflow automation as you are advising stakeholders on BIM standards, best practices, and data strategies.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Translate business and project requirements into technical BIM and digital solutions.
- Support proposals and project pursuits requiring BIM expertise.
- Participate in client-facing engagements.
- Support enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
- Identify and implement process improvement and automation opportunities, including scripting and programming tools.
- Serve as an advanced resource for BIM software platforms and workflows.
- Develop content standards, best practices, templates, and libraries
- Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and lead BIM execution on large-scale, complex multidiscipline projects.
- Establish project modeling standards, workflows, and quality control procedures.
- Coordinate federated models among architecture, structural, MEP, civil, and specialty disciplines.
- Conduct and supervise clash detection and model validation reviews.
- Support digital project delivery initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage model integrity, data consistency, and compliance with company standards.
- Implement and maintain Common Data Environment (CDE) processes.
- Support interoperability between BIM, GIS, CAD, and asset management systems.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, including digital twins, reality capture, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Improve BIM standards and documentation practices across an organization.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and construction teams to achieve project goals.
