AECOM is seeking a Civil Cost Estimation Specialist to join our team in Warsaw, Poznań, or Wrocław. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our cost estimating team to prepare cost documentation for a variety of infrastructure projects across Poland and Europe, serving both private and public sector clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize company estimating systems, tools, and procedures effectively.
- Analyze how project assumptions and decisions impact overall cost estimates.
- Prepare cost estimates at different stages of the project, depending on design accuracy and assumptions.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities.
- Develop Concept Construction Schedules.
- Engage and collaborate with subcontractors and manufacturers in the European market.
- Prepare various documents for submission to clients.
- Participate in both in-person and remote meetings with clients and design teams.
- Collaborate with discipline teams regarding project scope and selected solutions.
- Track costs of materials and equipment.
- Update cost plans throughout the design development process.
