Project Assistant (m/f/d) to Head of Leasing Advisory
Deine Aufgaben:
- Tägliches Kalendermanagement und Meeting-Koordination für Head of Leasing Advisory Germany
- Vorbereitung, Moderation und Protokollierung von (über-)regionalen Meetings mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
- Koordination und Überwachung komplexer, abteilungsübergreifender Leasing-Projekte
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Heads der Asset-Klassen zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Leasing-Strategien
- Enger Austausch und Abstimmung mit EMEA Business Development Teams sowie Organisation und Teilnahme an EMEA-Austauschformaten zur Identifikation von Best Practices und Synergien
- Eigenständige Beschaffung und Konsolidierung interner Daten aus verschiedenen Abteilungen und Systemen (CRM, Datenbanken, Reportingtools)
- Systematische Aufbereitung komplexer Sachverhalte in entscheidungsreife Formate für verschiedene Zielgruppen (Leadership, Kunden, interne Stakeholder)
- Erstellung von Präsentationen, Entscheidungsvorlagen und Pitch-Decks für Operations Board-Vorlagen, EMEA Leadership Meetings und strategischen Kundenpräsentationen
- Regelmäßiges Executive Reporting zu Fortschritt, KPIs und Handlungsbedarfen strategischer Projekte
- Verantwortung für Kundenempfang mit bis zu 500 Gästen inkl. deutschlandweitem Einladungsmanagement, Ansprache potenzieller Speaker aus Politik und Wirtschaft sowie Verhandlung von Vertragskonditionen für Location und Catering
- Aufbau und Pflege eines funktionierenden Netzwerks zu relevanten Ansprechpartnern in allen Asset-Klassen, Regionen und Supportfunktionen
- Eigenständige Klärung offener Fragen mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Beitrag zur Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Leasing-Prozesse und -Tools
Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes (wirtschaftswissenschaftliches) Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung/Qualifikation von Vorteil
- Erste Erfahrungen in der Immobilien-, Finanzdienstleistungs-, Versicherungs- oder Beratungsbranche wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse der Vertriebsstrukturen in großen Unternehmen (z. B. durch Praktika im Vertriebsmanagement oder Key Account Management) von Vorteil
- Erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit großen Datenmengen sowie in Business-Analyse oder Datenmanagement; DSGVO-konforme Datenverarbeitung
- Grundsätzlich sicherer Umgang mit Technologie und Daten
- Erste Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement
- Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und analytisches Denkvermögen
- Verständnis von Anforderungsdefinition, Design, Analyse und Problemlösung
- Ausgeprägte Detailgenauigkeit zur vollständigen Erfüllung aller Anforderungen und Standards
- Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in MS Excel und MS PowerPoint, fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in MS Office Suite generell
- Fließende / sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit geografisch verteilten Teams von Vorteil
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und selbstständige, organisierte Arbeitsweise
- Fähigkeit zur effektiven Interaktion mit verschiedenen Interessengruppen
- Proaktive Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Lernbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit
- Professionelles und souveränes Auftreten gegenüber politischen Interessensvertretern und Kunden auf C-Level
- Verpflichtet zu Qualität und Gründlichkeit, entsprechend den Erwartungen von Kundenbindung, Wachstum und Profitabilität des Unternehmens
- Erfahrung / Affinität im Umgang mit (firmeneigener/-n) KI / Tools; Verständnis dafür, wie KI die Leistungserbringung verbessern kann und generelle Offenheit für Technologie und Tools
