Work as plant HR BP on planning, execution and development. Provide professional HR consultancy and solutions to support business strategies, drive organizational development and a high-performance culture, and ensure HR practices are closely aligned with business objectives.
Job Description:
- Strategic Advisory & Organizational Development:
Support management by providing HR advice, counsel, and decisions in topics such as organizational change, capability building, talent development, and leadership development. Act as a change agent in handling organizational development matters. - Talent Acquisition & Staffing:
Manage the staffing function, including interviewing and assisting managers with the selection process. - Talent Management & Succession Planning:
Drive key talent retention and development efforts; develop practical career development plans that balance individual aspirations and business needs. Ensure successful on‑boarding, including orientation and new manager assimilation. Oversee succession planning, talent validation, and review processes. - Compensation & Rewards:
Drive consistent compensation practices with managers, including leveling and differentiation. Review all offers and promotions. Partner with the shared service team to ensure accurate and effective management of base pay, bonus, and reward recognition programs. Manage the annual salary review process. - Employee Relations & Engagement:
Investigate employee relation issues such as complaints and harassment allegations, and recommend appropriate actions. Handle ER cases. Engage in communication sessions related to the associate survey to understand employee sentiments and enhance engagement. - Performance Management & High-Performance Culture:
Drive the high performance culture. Manage the annual performance review process, including the TCL (Talent, Compensation, Leadership) related processes, ensuring that performance is tied to business outcomes. - Other Projects:
Participate and contribute to various HR projects to support business needs.
