- Profit/loss overall coordination for VM-VDS/RBR-CN
- R&D controlling for VM-VDS/ECS-CN
Job Responsibilities
1. R&D Controlling:
- Conduct BP/CF planning of engineering resources (including total budget, human resources, samples, other expenses etc.,)
- Track engineering budget spending, prognose for deviation and collect measures from engineering team for cost saving/efficiency improvement
2. Profit/loss coordination:
- Represent RBR-CN as contact window to cross functional team for P&L performance management
- Track product area EBIT status per BP/CF and steer cross function team for improvement measures together with VDS-CN CTG, including Sales Pricing/PCR/OTP, PUR MAT performance, MOE VA performance, SG&A performance etc.
- Conduct strategic P&L projects assigned by RBR-CN
3. Functional Excellence:
- Introduce essential DT/AI tool for analytic and efficiency improvement for R&D controller role
