Customer Success & Project Manager (m/f/div.)

From initial consultation through post-purchase support, our service portfolio ensures that customers stay one step ahead in the market. We provide seamless sourcing, effective Design for Manufacturing (DFM) consulting, and develop customized PCB strategies tailored to our customers' needs, all supported by our AI-powered end-to-end (E2E) procurement platform.

As Copperdot's Customer Interface and End-to-End Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for: 

• Act as the primary point of contact for existing customers in the PCB/A A business
• Manage customer projects end-to-end from RFQ to successful delivery
• Coordinate customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Drive quotation clarification, supplier alignment, and commercial coordination
• Monitor deliveries and proactively manage escalations and open issues
• Ensure transparent communication and fact-based decision-making throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate closely with quality, logistics, and supply chain teams to achieve high customer satisfaction
• Support the sustainable growth and development of existing customer accounts
