Trade Waiter

We are seeking experienced and service-driven Trade Waiter who are passionate about hospitality, thrive in a premium environment, and take pride in delivering intuitive and personalised guest experiences.

As a Trade Waiter, you will be responsible for managing your own section, building genuine connections with guests, and delivering seamless food and beverage service from arrival through to farewell. You will embody the Elysium service philosophy by anticipating guest needs, sharing your product knowledge, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver polished and personalised food and beverage service within your designated section
• Create memorable guest experiences through genuine, attentive and engaging service
• Provide expert menu recommendations, including dietary and beverage guidance
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and process transactions through the POS system
• Drive revenue through thoughtful upselling and product recommendations
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve service opportunities
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and broader service team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain exceptional presentation standards throughout the venue
• Assist with restaurant setup, service station preparation and daily operational procedures
• Support the delivery of conferences, events and special functions as required
• Contribute to a positive team culture while upholding Elysium's service rituals and standards
