Please note the role will be based on project site, Taoyuan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, integrate, and maintain BIM models across architectural, structural, MEP, and process systems.
- Manage space planning, including equipment layout, maintenance access, safety egress, and future expansion.
- Coordinate multi-system pipeline routing, elevation, and clash detection using Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Lead regular space coordination meetings and track clash resolution.
- Integrate interfaces between CSA, MEP, hook-up, and equipment vendors.
- Propose space optimization solutions for utility corridors, pipe bridges, and electrical rooms.
- Review design changes and conduct pre-construction space feasibility checks.
- Manage and verify technical drawings, including P&IDs, sections, and shop drawings; ensure as-built model consistency.
- Prepare weekly progress reports, issue logs, and clash tracking summaries.
- Support owner and consultant technical review meetings.
