Enable advanced manufacturing - e.g. robotics, automation, and Internet of things (IoT), and support classified manufacturing, assembly, and test.
Working with BRAMC leadership you will lead a matrixed team of IT, OT, and engineering SMEs to ensure smooth and efficient implementation of BRAMC’s digital manufacturing ecosystem from development and testing to rapid prototyping and full-scale production across multiple product lines and classifications.
Primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
Co-own key manufacturing KPIs (e.g., cycle time, yield, throughput, OEE) with BRAMC operations leadership, ensuring digital initiatives translate into measurable improvements.
Align CIDO capabilities and imperatives with business goals, representing CIDO to stakeholders and clearly articulating value, tradeoffs, and impacts.
Translate options from CIDO SMEs into a clear, prioritized execution roadmap for BRAMC and drive delivery against that roadmap.
Provide thought leadership and strategic planning for digital manufacturing, execution systems, and data-driven operations.
Coordinate/Lead infrastructure support activities associated with classified office and manufacturing areas.
Represent BRAMC with CIDO for ERP/MES/MPLM pillar system adoption and sustainment activities.
Ensure responsive day-to-day information services support.
Collaborate across CIDO service lines, peers, and business stakeholders to effectively allocate resources and achieve key mission priorities.
