Develop transmission concepts and layouts for electric drive systems (eAxle), including parallel-axis, coaxial and planetary gear solutions.
Design and optimize transmission architecture, power flow and packaging, balancing performance, cost, weight and manufacturability.
Perform transmission analysis and simulation (efficiency, NVH, durability, lubrication and thermal management) using tools such as Masta, AMESim and MATLAB/Simulink.
Define interfaces with key components including eMotor, differential, lubrication system and output shafts.
Collaborate with system, design and simulation teams to support transmission development from concept to series production.
