Lead the day-to-day operations of the WA business
Manage, support and develop the state project team
Oversee project delivery, governance, risk and contractual matters
Monitor project financial performance, profitability and resourcing
Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Identify and convert new business opportunities
Lead bids, tenders and commercially viable proposals
Implement client, market and sales strategies for WA
Collaborate with national leaders and other Cushman & Wakefield teams
A minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in project management, construction, property or a comparable professional services environment.
Proven experience leading teams and delivering complex projects
Strong commercial, financial and business development capabilities
Experience in procurement, contracting, risk and client management
Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder-management skills
Tertiary qualifications in building, construction, engineering or a related discipline
AIPM, PMI, CIOB or similar professional recognition is highly regarded
