We are looking for a Warehouse & Shipping Specialist to join our Group. This is not just a packing job—it is a mission-critical role where you will coordinate directly with Logistics, Assembly, Hydraulic Motor Repair, Quality Management, and Inside Sales. What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
Logistics Coordination: Act as the critical hub connecting our Logistics, Power Unit Assembly, Hydraulic Motor Repair, Quality, and Sales teams to keep shipments moving.
Precision Prep & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and process orders. Build and customize wooden crates, apply VCI shrink-wrapping, and properly stencil/label crates for LTL & Flatbed transport.
Inventory Ownership: Maintain 100% accurate inventory tracking by logging all movements, updating stock locations in SAP, and leading our Cycle Count Program.
Carrier & Freight Management: Prepare Bills of Lading (BOLs), generate carrier labels (UPS, FedEx, DHL), schedule LTL pickups, and proactively file and follow up on freight claims.
Daily Priorities & Standards: Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to meet daily targets, execute special customer instructions, and wrap up each day with a clean, secure, and organized workspace.
