Identify, solicit, and develop new corporate, government, airline, NGO, diplomatic, and travel trade accounts.
Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular sales calls, site inspections, presentations, and client engagement activities.
Achieve individual monthly and annual revenue targets in line with the hotel's commercial objectives.
Promote guestrooms, meetings and events, food & beverage, and other hotel services.
Prepare and negotiate corporate rate agreements, proposals, contracts, and quotations in accordance with Accor commercial policies.
Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
Ensure that all sales activities are accurately recorded in the approved CRM system and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
Participate in sales blitzes, networking events, trade shows, and familiarization trips.
Promote and enroll eligible clients into the ALL-Meeting Planner program and other Accor commercial initiatives where applicable.
Collaborate closely with Revenue Management, Reservations, Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Finance to ensure seamless delivery of client requirements.
Follow up on quotations, contracts, deposits, and outstanding receivables to support healthy cash flow.
Prepare weekly sales activity reports, production reports, and account development plans.
Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction and ensure all client commitments are fulfilled in line with Accor brand standards.
Represent ibis Styles Accra Airport Hotel professionally while upholding Accor's values and service culture.
