Role Overview
Lead Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) activities across one or more large-scale construction projects. Act as the primary HSE lead on site, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving a strong safety culture, and supporting safe project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement the site HSE strategy and management system
- Conduct inspections, audits, and compliance reviews
- Manage risk assessments and permit-to-work processes
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses
- Promote a strong safety culture through training, coaching, and engagement
- Monitor and improve contractor HSE performance
- Prepare and present HSE reports to project stakeholders and senior leadership
- Mentor and support junior HSE professionals
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company HSE standards

主な業務内容
- プロジェクトにおけるHSE戦略およびマネジメントシステムの策定・運用・推進
- 現場巡視、安全監査、コンプライアンスレビューの実施
- リスクアセスメントおよび作業許可（Permit to Work）プロセスの管理
- 事故・災害発生時の調査および根本原因分析の実施
- 教育・トレーニング、コーチング、啓発活動を通じた安全文化の醸成
- 協力会社・請負業者のHSEパフォーマンスのモニタリングおよび改善支援
- プロジェクト関係者および経営層向けのHSEレポート作成・報告
- ジュニアHSEスタッフの指導・育成・サポート
- 関係法令および社内HSE基準への適合・遵守の確保
