【Project Management】 Schedulers/Sr Schedulers - Data Center (Tokyo)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules
• Prepare, update, and maintain project timelines and reports
• Utilize scheduling software (Primavera, Microsoft Project) to track progress
• Input and manage project data using tools such as Excel, SharePoint, Procore, and Power BI
• Analyze schedule data and identify potential risks or delays
• Gather relevant information and coordinate with stakeholders
• Facilitate meetings related to schedule planning and project progress

• プロジェクトスケジュールの作成および管理
• スケジュールおよび進捗レポートの作成・更新・管理
• スケジュール管理ツール（Primavera、Microsoft Projectなど）を用いた進捗管理
• Excel、SharePoint、Procore、Power BIなどを用いたデータ入力および管理
• スケジュールデータの分析およびリスク・遅延の特定
• 関係者との連携および情報収集
• スケジュールや進捗に関する会議のファシリテーション
