Key Responsibilities:
Develop, integrate, andoptimizeDFT strategiesfor NAND flash memory designs,includingDigital design,Custom/Analog design circuits&NAND flash memory arrays.
Analyze design testability to ensure compliance withquality,coverage, andmanufacturabilityrequirements.
Create, debug, andoptimizetest sequencesandtest modes.
Design, develop, and optimizefirmwareforNAND test algorithms, andvalidatefunctionality through simulation and silicon.
Validate designs usingVerilog simulationsandXA simulations.
Collaborate closely withcross‑functionalteams (Design&Product Engineering) to ensure seamless DFT integration.
Work withProduct Engineering (PE)during: First siliconbring‑up,Debug and characterization&Ramp tohigh‑volumeproduction
Supportpost‑siliconvalidation, failure analysis, and debug activities.
Document DFT methodologies, validation results, and provide clear technical reports and recommendations.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree inElectrical Engineering,Computer Engineering, ora relatedfield.
Relevantexperience inCustom/Analog DesignorProduct Engineeringwith hands-on silicon exposure.
Strong understanding of: Digital design,Custom/Analog Design,Verification, DFTand test principles.
ProficiencyinVerilog,C/C++and Python.
Solid understanding ofNAND flash memory architecture.
Exposure to AI-Enabled, and Agentic AI technologies, with the ability to adopt a"Design + AI" approach byleveraginginnovative AI-driven solutions to accelerate design and validation, improve productivity, and enhance engineering effectiveness and performance.
Excellentproblem‑solvingskills and strong attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work incross‑functional, global teams.
Nice to have: Laboratory skills (lab tools such as oscilloscope, LSA, function generator) andtesting onsilicon at both wafer and package level.
Interpret product specifications and design circuits to meetrequiredfunctionality.
