Management Associate - Plant Operations /營運管理儲備幹部

We are seeking a Management Associate  for our Hazardous Waste Treatment Plant.

During the initial phase, this role will focus on comprehensive learning and executing cross-unit operational tasks without direct line-management responsibilities. Through our structured development program, the candidate is expected to grow into a fully independent Operations Lead/Manager, who will subsequently be responsible for leading teams and driving department KPIs.

【Key Responsibilities】

• Operations Rotation & Process Mastery: Participate in daily plant operations and master end-to-end operational processes in accordance with the structured training roadmap.

• Production Scheduling & Operational Coordination: Assist management with production scheduling and cross-departmental alignment; track operational efficiency, equipment utilization rates (OEE), and continuous improvement initiatives.

• EHS Compliance & Workplace Safety: Uphold strict environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards; assist with site-level risk identification, hazard assessments, and incident prevention.

• Quality Control & Management Systems: Maintain operational records, SOPs, and documentation in compliance with international standards (e.g., ISO, 5S) and corporate governance guidelines.

• Continuous Improvement Projects: Engage in operational efficiency, cost control, and process optimization initiatives, delivering data-driven performance insights.

• Leadership Development & Succession Readiness: Progressively assume operational leadership responsibilities, building management capabilities to seamlessly transition into a line-management role.

【主要職責】

營運輪調與製程學習：

• 參與工廠日常營運，並依培訓計畫掌握全製程運作流程。

生產運轉與調度協調：

• 協助主管進行生產排程與跨部門溝通；追蹤運轉效率、稼動率及相關改善事項。

環境安全與法規遵循：

• 落實安全作業與環保要求；協助現場風險辨識與事故預防。

品質與管理系統：

•  依國際標準（如 ISO、5S）與公司管理系統要求，維護相關紀錄與文件。

持續改善專案：

• 參與效率提升、成本控制與優化專案，並以數據方式呈現成效。

發展與管理接班：

• 逐步承接管理職責，培養團隊領導力，為接任管理職做準備。
