- Reservations Management: Accurately manage bookings, ensuring guest preferences, special requests, and notes are captured and communicated effectively
- Seating Coordination: Organise table allocations to ensure smooth service flow, balanced sections, and optimal guest experience
- Guest Flow Management: Monitor arrivals, wait times, and table turnover to maintain a seamless and well-paced restaurant operation
- Guest Engagement: Engage with guests during wait times in a warm, professional, and attentive manner, enhancing their overall arrival experience
