We are looking for an experienced e-Axle System Validation Engineer responsible for the definition, execution, and management of validation activities for electric drive systems. The role covers system-level validation from requirement analysis, test strategy definition, test execution, data evaluation, failure analysis, and validation report release.
The successful candidate will work closely with system engineering, design engineering, simulation, manufacturing engineering, quality, and customers to ensure that e-Axle products meet functional, performance, reliability, and regulatory requirements throughout the product development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
1. Analyze system requirements and translate them into validation strategies.Define and maintain DVP&R for e-Axle systems.Ensure validation coverage for system functions, performance, durability, environmental conditions, and customer use cases.Support requirement traceability and validation maturity tracking.
2. Plan and execute validation activities on e-Axle systems, including:
Performance/ Functional/ Durability and reliability validation/Environmental validation/ Fault injection and robustness testing. Coordinate validation activities with internal laboratories, external test facilities, and customers.
3.Analyze test results, identify deviations, and drive root cause analysis. Apply structured problem-solving methods. Collaborate with design teams to define corrective actions and verify effectiveness. Generate validation reports and release validation evidence.
4. Support integration validation between: Electric motor /Inverter / power electronics/ OBC/ DCDC/ Gearbox /Software and control system /Vehicle interfaces. Support vehicle-level validation and customer acceptance activities.
5. Development Process & Quality Support. Participate in product development milestones. Maintain validation standards, test specifications, and lessons learned.
