Design and optimize friction packs, cooling and lubrication systems to meet torque, thermal, durability, wear and NVH requirements.
Create and release 3D models, 2D drawings, GD&T, BOMs and technical documentation.
Define and validate friction materials, lubrication concepts and component interfaces through simulation and testing.
Analyze and resolve technical issues related to friction performance, thermal behavior, wear, drag torque and durability using structured root cause analysis.
Collaborate with simulation, testing, manufacturing, suppliers and vehicle integration teams throughout product development and industrialization.
