We are looking for an experienced Lead Infrastructure Engineer with French to drive the design, governance, and delivery of complex automation solutions across enterprise environments. This role combines technical leadership, solution architecture, operational oversight, and team management responsibilities, ensuring high-quality, secure, and scalable automation services aligned with business and customer objectives.
Note that we can only offer cooperation to people who are located in Poland and are willing to commute to our office in Katowice, Poland.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of complex automation solutions leveraging enterprise automation platforms, ensuring alignment with business and customer requirements.
- Manage studies, technical assessments, project planning, providing accurate effort, cost, and risk estimations.
- Oversee project delivery and operational activities, ensuring compliance with SLAs, quality standards, security requirements, budgets, and timelines.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers and stakeholders, participating in governance meetings, solution reviews, and pre-sales activities, including proposal development and solution scoping.
- Ensure governance of quality, security, data integrity, and compliance while driving continuous improvement of operational processes and automation practices.
- Lead, organize, mentor, and develop technical teams, fostering knowledge sharing, professional growth, and a high-performance work environment.
- Collaborate with architects, transformation teams, vendors, and third-party partners to evaluate technologies, validate solution approaches, and drive innovation initiatives.
- Monitor operational and project risks, manage escalations and incident response activities, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize infrastructure, automation capabilities, and service delivery performance.
