Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to maximize asset performance.
Manage departmental budgets, capital expenditure projects, and contractor relationships.
Drive energy efficiency, sustainability initiatives, and environmental compliance.
Ensure compliance with all local regulations, health and safety standards, and brand requirements.
Collaborate with the Executive Committee to support the hotel's strategic and operational objectives.
