Join our Data & AI team.
You will join a multidisciplinary Data & AI team that helps clients turn AI ambitions into clear, value-driven initiatives. Working closely with colleagues across data engineering, architecture, AI, analytics, governance and visualization, you will help identify opportunities, align stakeholders and translate business challenges into practical AI initiatives.
As an AI Analyst, you act as the bridge between business stakeholders, data teams and AI specialists. You help organizations move beyond AI ambition and identify where AI can create tangible business value.
You facilitate discovery workshops, identify and structure AI opportunities, assess business value and feasibility, and translate business challenges into clear AI requirements. You work closely with business stakeholders, Management, AI Architects, AI Engineers, Data Scientists and other specialists to help clients make informed decisions about where and how to invest in AI.
You support clients throughout the early stages of their AI journey by assessing AI and data maturity, evaluating data readiness, building business cases and helping prioritize AI initiatives.
You are capable of translating complex AI concepts into accessible business language while also helping technical teams understand business objectives, constraints and success criteria. You know the difference between traditional AI, Generative AI and Agentic AI.
You also help clients identify governance, compliance and organizational considerations related to AI adoption, including data quality, responsible AI practices and regulatory requirements such as GDPR and the EU AI Act.
