As a Bell Driver, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services by efficiently transporting guests and their luggage throughout the hotel property and to designated locations. - Transport guests and their luggage using bell carts or designated vehicles in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner
- Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
- Provide directions and information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and services to guests
- Maintain knowledge of hotel layout, amenities, and operational procedures to better serve guest needs
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessary
- Ensure all equipment and vehicles are maintained in clean, safe, and operational condition
- Manage multiple guest requests simultaneously while maintaining composure and organization
- Adhere to all hotel policies, safety protocols, and local regulations
- Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to coordinate guest services
- Represent the hotel with professionalism and courtesy at all times
