Essential Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technologyrequired.
Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist licenserequired.
(Temporary MA license acceptable for new graduates)
ARRT registrationor eligiblerequired in Radiography, Nuclear Medicine, or Computed Tomography.
Must obtain ARRT (R) certification within3months ofhire, ifnewgrad.
Must obtain ARRT (CT) certification within 12 months of hire.
0–1 yearrelated work experience required
New graduates from accredited Radiologic Technology programs are encouraged to apply
New hires will have30 daysto provide BLS certification. Certification must be with the American Heart Association (AHA)
Experience with computer systemsrequired, including web-based applications and basic Microsoft Office programs which may include Outlook, Word, Excel,PowerPointor Access.
Conditions of Employment
Continued employment is contingent upon successful attainment of ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certifications within definedtimeframes

Role Progression
This is a training role designed to develop competency in CT imaging.
Employees who successfully obtain ARRT (CT) certification, complete departmental competency requirements, and successfully fulfill structured clinical training milestones will be eligible for advancement to CT Technologist II.
Pay Range:
$46.55 - $69.17The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the
