This role is fully NAFIS eligible. AECOM manages all registrations and contributions to the GPSSA (General Pension and Social Security Authority).

Job Summary

Creates, directs and implements integrated messaging and communications strategies and plans to reach internal and external audiences, including our employees, clients, partners and media, investors and Board of Directors, across all digital and in-person channels. Protects, promotes, and enhances AECOM’s brand and reputation, supports the organization in delivering strong results, aligns storytelling to key business priorities, elevates leadership profiles, and spotlights employees and their work to enrich the candidate and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Learns how to communicate messaging effectively inside and outside the organization using proven writing and editing skills.
• Assists in the completion of team projects and goals.
• Assists in the preparation of messaging and supports implementation of communications plans.
• Builds general communications skills across a range of channels and tactics.
• Assists in the creation of messaging and content including website and social media, editorial, press releases, promotional materials, event materials, collateral, presentations, newsletters.
• Uses organizational tools to report data from communications activities.
