Product Strategy & Portfolio Management: Develop, maintain, and execute a multi-year product strategy. This includes supplier scouting for new opportunities, defining the product roadmap, and managing the overall health of the portfolio.
Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the complete product lifecycle. You will be responsible for the strategic introduction (releasing) and discontinuation (phasing out) of products to optimize the assortment and profitability.
Commercial Ownership & Business Case Development: Drive the commercial success of the product line. This includes the calculation and creation of compelling business cases for new products, defining pricing strategies, and monitoring financial performance against targets.
Market & Customer Requirements: Act as the voice of the customer. Gather and analyze market intelligence, competitor activities, and fulfill customer requests by translating them into clear product specifications.
Packaging Development: Lead the development of innovative, sustainable, and market-compliant packaging in collaboration with design agencies, suppliers, and internal quality and engineering teams.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the central point of contact, closely working together with and leading cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Performance & KPI Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for your product lines, such as revenue, market share, and profitability, using data to drive informed decisions.
