Are you a certified veterinary technician who lives to empower clients to give their pets the best life? We are a privately owned, patient-first, client-dedicated, positive, collaborative, and progressive clinic, driven by our passion for providing compassionate, personalized care for clients’ best friends.🐾
We know how special CVTs are, and we’re committed to making sure you get to use your full range of skills. If you thrive in anesthesia, surgical procedures, and rocking COHATs, we want you on our team! This is your chance to join a clinic that truly values what you bring to the table and helps make a real difference in pets' lives.
What Sets Us Apart?
- Our People:We cherish our team dynamics and the joy we bring to work every day. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is comfortable with the occasional four-letter word, and adopts a proactive “if I don’t know the answer, I’ll find someone who does” approach to challenges.
- Client and Patient Priority:Our patients come first, always. Keeping things low-stress for our animal visitors is a big deal for us—we love seeing them happy to come in! We strive for the best possible medical outcomes, supported by a client base that respects and values our dedication.
- Rapid Growth:Since acquiring the practice in November 2020, we've expanded from 4 to 16 team members, including the addition of a third DVM. Additionally, our clinic has recently undergone a full remodel, enhancing our facilities to better serve our clients and their pets. We're growing fast and need your help to support this expansion.
- Work-Life Balance:We don’t just talk about work-life balance—we live it. We understand everyone's balance looks different, and we support each other to ensure life doesn’t take a backseat when it’s needed most. We operate as a cohesive unit, stepping up for each other and sharing a genuine enjoyment in our work that reflects in everything we do—from patient care to client relations and team interactions.
- Our Environment:No corporate red tape—enjoy the freedom of an independently-owned practice where your input is valued and your professional growth is supported.
Your Day:You'll be hands-on, using all your CVT skills—drawing blood, assisting in surgeries, giving vaccines, and engaging with clients about their beloved pets. We value CVTs and let you truly shine in your role. Expect a busy, rewarding day filled with patient care, teamwork, and client interaction!
